We use USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

Order Processing
All orders are processed once payment is accepted. We process orders during business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Post Office holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Estimated Time of Arrival
Delivery times depend on your location, and while we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that they are approximations and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Important Notes:

  • Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
  • Once your order is ready for shipment, we’ll send a tracking link to your email so you can monitor its journey. If you don’t see the link, please check your spam folder.
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional time for processing. The design time will depend on the complexity of the customization.

Order Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Within 1-2 days, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. The details will be updated once scanned.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delays:

  • Incorrect or missing address information may result in delays, as we may need to contact you for updates.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to us due to address issues. These returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of.
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
