To cancel your order, email [email protected] with your order details within 24 hours of payment, before production begins. We can process a refund at that time. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production.
Yes, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information upon shipment.
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will typically be generated within 3 to 7 business days. You will receive an email with these tracking details as soon as your product leaves our facility. If you haven’t received your tracking information after 7 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can provide an update.
Don’t worry if your tracking information doesn’t update right away, this is common with registered airmail. Your package is definitely on its way. If you haven’t seen a tracking update in over 10 days, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]
