1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise not in perfect condition, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
Sizing Issues (Apparel): Please carefully review the size charts provided on our website before ordering apparel. If you receive an item that does not match the size you ordered (according to our size chart), you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Note: Sizing discrepancies must be within a reasonable tolerance, typically +/- 1 inch.
Other Issues: We handle return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have a unique issue not covered above, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Items that have been personalized or custom-made specifically for you are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival due to our error.
Items Marked as “Final Sale”: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
Items Damaged Due to Misuse: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents are not eligible for return.
Items Returned Without Authorization: Items returned without prior authorization (following the process outlined below) will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Within 30 days of receiving your order, email our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
Review & Authorization: Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.
Packaging & Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original packaging if possible. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item shipped, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within [Number, e.g., 7-10] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund, such as when the item is slightly damaged or missing parts (if agreeable to you).

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
6. Damaged During Shipping (Responsibility)
While we take every precaution to package items securely, damage during shipping can sometimes occur. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item(s). We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Order Cancellation After Shipment
If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
